Tauri-Tec consists of programmers and web designers educated to PhD level who bring best practice, highest quality software development and design skills to you.

We build, design and maintain interactive sites for e-commerce, social networking, teaching, accounting, customer relationship management, online surveys, as well as simpler sites to help you sell your business. We also develop applications for mobile phones and the desktop.

Red Bull F1

IPad & IPhone App

Tauri-Tec developed an iPhone and iPad application for the Red Bull F1 Racing Team called Red Bull Racing Spy. The application integrates with Red Bulls social media and news outlets, providing up-to-date race statistics.

University of Kent

Online Booking System

The University of Kent asked for our help in designing and developing a new course management and personal development programme system for their Graduate School. An online web application was built around their specific needs, which possesses the ability to communicate with other systems that maintain student information.

NIAF

Database & Analysis Tools

As part of the DFID funded Nigerian Infrastructure Advisory Facility, we developed databases and software for the Nigerian Energy Market Operator. An energy metering database and metering gap analysis tool was developed initially, followed by a settlement system prototype. These fulfill key requirements of the energy markets privatisation process, providing transparency and accuracy to transactions in the market.

SQW

Data Monitoring Tool

SQW commissioned Tauri-Tec to support the development of a web-based monitoring tool as part of an evaluation they were conducting on behalf of the Department for Education in the UK. The specification for the tool included the creation of: a secure platform to record the required data; remote web-based accessibility of the tool, to enable thirty local areas to access input and securely submit data; an administrative panel to enable the team at SQW to monitor activity and data submissions; and a reporting function that enabled the SQW team to download various different reports, which displayed the aggregated datasets from across the thirty sites.

Monipol

Clinical research ERP system.

We are responsible for maintaining and extending Monipol GmbHs in-house time tracking and project management tools. Key enhancements involved a reorganisation of the database code, granular access control rights, adding support for change history and access logging where required. We additionally set up development server(s) to support IT QM best practices, facilitating multi-user software development and providing transparency and automated documentation to the software development process.

Media Smart UK

Media literacy programme.

After the successful development of the Digitial Adwise Online Lessons projects, APCO returned for help with developing the main mediasmart website. In addition, we also took on the responsibility for hosting all of their sites.

Hydrorocks

E-commerce platform.

Affinitiy Marketing Solutions Ltd, contacted us about the development of a new E-commerce website. The project involved designing a bespoke solution for their specific needs, while still allowing users the normal payment experiences that they have come to expect from online stores.

Nalla

Print and advertising design.

Working with designs given to us by Nalla, we have created a series of different interactive Flash banners that have been used in numerous marketing campaigns for companies such as Johnston Press.

Luxury Country Rentals

The name says it all.

Working in collaboration with OMD Design, we implemented a complete site redesign for luxurycountryrentals.com.

Him+Her

Print and Graphic design.

The design agency "We Are Him and Her" approached us to realise their new web site design, as well as to update their Posterous blog template.

Weinberg Foundation

Thorium based Nuclear Energy.

Tauri-Tec was contracted to develop a website for the Weinberg Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, supported by Baroness Worthington, and dedicated to driving the uptake of safe, clean and affordable energy.

Diana Miller

London food photographer.

Tauri-Tec was asked to create a new website for the London based photographer Diana Miller, based on a series of designs that were provided to us by OMD Design.

Digital Adwise

Online whiteboard lessons.

Tauri-Tec was contracted by APCO Worldwide to create a set of online digital whiteboard lessons to teach children about Digital advertising, which was to be released in schools all across the UK. With some help from Saatchi & Saatchi, a T-mobile themed lesson was also developed.

North of South Capital

Hedge Fund.

A Custom Word Press website was developed for the North of South Hedge fund. Access to the website was restricted via a customised vetting system.

Coppertree Capital

Investment and fund management.

Copper Tree Capital approached us with a set of designs for a new website, which would allow them to administer their clients and interactively approve or reject users that were registering on the site. At the same time the new design allowed their clients the ability to get updated information about the various funds and news articles that Copper Tree Capital posted.

Carbon finance.

Palmetto Climate approached us to help setup and design a new wordpress based website, as well ongoing support for their main website and other sites that they own.

London based OMD Design approached us to help in creating their new website based on a series of their own designs.

Sandbag

Climate change NGO.

Tauri-Tec was commissioned to work on various pieces of design for Sandbag. Among these were included marketing materials for the Destroy Carbon campaign, Infographics, Web page designs and Web graphics for their Custom Google Map as well as a new design for their website.

North Square Blue Oak

Tauri-Tec was contracted by North Square Blue Oak to develop a brochure site for their financial services.

FCI Research

London School of Samba

Blog and gallery for a samba school.

London based Phage Design asked for help with the implementation of the new website for the London School of Samba. In addition to the new design, the requirements for this project also required switching to a set of completely different technologies than were used in the existing site.

Alexandra Pardal

Corporate blog and information.

The aim of this project is to install and setup a new wordpress based website, which incorporates a number of static pages, along with a blogging service.

Sokalo

Fashion designers retail outlet.

The development work will include modifications to the client sites exchange rate, the addition of a wordpress blog site, and a custom Facebook activity feed.

Meg Rivers Cakes

Innovative online cake shop.

Tauri-Tec worked in collaboration with James Heath for MegRivers to implement a new website designs for the launch of their winter cakes catalogue.

Civic Boom

Social Media News.

Tauri-Tec was contracted by Indiconews (now Civicboom) to take over development of an interactive video and news sharing website for amateur reporters. The website and business model has since evolved into Civicboom.com.

Jingobid

Penny Auction Platform.

Tauri-Tec worked with a Hong Kong based company to build a penny-auction platform from the ground up for Jingobid. This included the creation of a variety of marketing materials for their promotional campaigns such as bus and magazine adverts, leaflets, and online banners.

AEF

Webhosting and site maintenace.

Tauri-Tec supported AEF in the hosting of their current server and migration the data currently stored on the AEFs Lotus Notes database to a more up-to-date server and database system.

Pride Life Magazine

Online lifestile magazine.

Pride life is an online LGBT lifestyle magazine. Tauri-Tec was engaged to design and build a custom content management system for posting articles, managing on-site advertising, sending newsletters and informing visitors of relevant events, that enabled the client to run the site.
